More frequent meals linked to healthier eating

Adults who had multiple small meals every day tended to eat better, and weight less, than those who had fewer but larger meals, in a recent study. Around one third of cancer deaths are due to the five leading behavioural and dietary risks: high body mass index, low fruit and vegetable intake, lack of physical activity, tobacco use, alcohol use.
